WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your order will go out within one to three weeks following placement. If you request rush delivery, we will do our best to expedite your order. Please keep in mind that we do not keep anything in stock. Each piece will be handmade especially for you. If multiple pieces are ordered, delivery time may be delayed. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

All orders ship via USPS. All packages are shipped insured.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
Our web site will automatically calculate the correct shipping charges for your order. Charges are calculated based upon priority flat rate boxes plus insurance and destination. All orders will be shipped within 7-24 days of receipt of your order – contingent on availability. If delivery is to be delayed or the item is unavailable we will inform you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.
You should receive your order within 5-7 days after we ship it. That is the delivery period quoted by USPS for all standard ground deliveries. You may request overnight or second day delivery for an additional charge.
We accept international orders via our website for selected countries. Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. This is not a charge from Mali Sabatasso. Please contact USPS or your local Customs office for more information regarding these charges.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the state of California. Rate varies by the billing address county.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE INTERNET?
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, you can place an order by telephone or email. To place a telephone order, select the items you wish to order and call us at 1-310 594 9375 with your delivery and credit card information. You can also email us your order. We will process your order manually.
CAN I SHIP TO A LOCATION THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. To ship to another address, please enter your billing address in the billing address field and the shipping address in the shipping address field on the check out page when you check out.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY?
All products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined within 3 days to have a manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace at no cost. If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it within 5 days of the confirmed USPS receipt date for an exchange with a different item of greater or equal value. You must e-mail email@example.com for a return authorization. Please be aware that each piece is one of a kind and stones may vary in color and size. Returns requested for this reason will not be accepted. Remember the item must not be worn and in the original package. When we receive the item in an unused condition we will credit your account minus the shipping costs. We will not issue credits for items without a return authorization.
All return packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection and in the original box with a return authorization number. We will email you a return authorization number via email. We do not accept returns that are not shipped in a box. Once the item is sold we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse. By law, pieced earrings are not returnable. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only. Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sales and may not be returned.If you return a product out side this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.
